Welcome to ChefRecipe AI. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ChefRecipe AI, you accept and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

ChefRecipe AI provides optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3. Free Trial & Cancellations

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time via your device Account Settings.

4. AI Disclaimer & Food Safety

AI-generated recipes and cooking suggestions are provided for informational and creative culinary purposes only. Users must exercise their own judgment regarding food allergies, ingredient safety, cooking temperatures, and food hygiene.
